Amsterdam canals - a city view

Although I am Dutch from origin I am not really familiar with Amsteram. I've searched the web and visited a few sites on churches in Amsterdam to try to identify the tower in the background but was not able to find it. Have you got any idea?

Comments:
Marcel, I have found the location the building in the front is "de Waag" on the Nieuwe Markt (New Market). I can send you a color photo if you want from almost the same location. From 1874 to 1890 it was also used as a fire station!
