black and white: Fleetwood 1977

A black & white photo of a vessel in a bad state, looks like she is waiting to be scrapped. She looks a bit like a pre wwII sloop.

The back of the photo mentions 'Fleetwood 1977', likely the place and year this photo was taken. I've not been able to find more information (like a name) yet.... Maybe somebody might recognise her or the storage silos behind her.
