5369 was completed at Swindon in June 1919. The locomotive was active - apart from overhauls - until the end of 1963, when it was withdrawn from Pontypool Road (86G), according to the Rail UK web site. For details of these GWR 2-6-0s, please see picture #1507.

I have been back to Limington to Elmers Court School. I remember the steam trains. I would have liked to explore more. the station at Limington fasinated me. with all the History in it.

More likely 84B Oxley shed Marcel. 84B had a number of these I believe. Not uncommon in South Wales on Part-fitted freights in the fifties. Correction. I don't know if the shed is Oxley but the shed code looks like 84B.
