This is part of a collection of over 200 photos taken in Europe in 1904 by an unknown photographer. I have the negatives and have been trying to identify locations and also the photographer.

I checked this photo with many books on pre WWII Rotterdam, and I believe that this scene is "Spuiwater"
I compare the bridge in the background and there is also a small lock (sluis) in front of this photo
