Zaabil - the Royal yacht of Dubai

Taken in July 1969, this photograph shows the yacht owned by Sheikh Rashid, ruler of Dubai from 1958 - 1990, who was the eighth ruler from the Al Maktoum family. The man walking towards the camera was one of my RAF colleagues, detached with me to Sharjah at that time. Strange to think that the two boys will now be middle-aged men!
