Troops around the HMT Lancashire

This photo is called 'HMT Lancashire' though I do have some doubts as there are some differences to the superstructure (for example the bridge is different). However, as she was converted to a troop ship in 1930 I am assuming this is indeed the HMT Lancashire around or during the conversion.
Location is unknown, any suggestions very welcome!

The HMT Lancashire was built 1914 for Bibby Line and in 1930 converted to a permanent troopship. She finished her career / was scrapped at Barrow in 1956.
Measurements: Length 502 ft. Breadth 57 ft. Depth 35 ft. 10 ins. Tonnage 9,543 tons, H.P. 6,000.
