Unknown uniform, unknown vessel in unknow location

So not much info at all :(
See also picture #551, this seems to be a troop transport ship. My estimate was initially that these photos (and the HMT Lancashire) were taken around 1930. But all this troop movement makes me wonder whether it was not slightly later.
The back of the photo mentions 'Foto Special Dubrovnik'... so these are likely to have been taken in former Yugoslavia.
