1950s Cargo vessels berthed at harbour

Okay, not much more information I can provide with this photo. The three cargo vessels have a traditional design with the one in the middle having its superstructure in the middle and the ship on the left having its superstructure astern. This suggests to me that this photo was prob taken in the 1950s, but with regard to its location I can't make any educated guess....
