Bagshot is a town in Surrey, England.
This station, situated on the Ascot to Guildford line, was initially opened by London and South Western Railway. It became part of Southern Railway in 1923 and again after nationalisation it became part of the Southern Region of British Railways.
Nowadays the station is managed by South West Trains (2009).
