Photo of Ardlui train station, Loch Lomond, Scotland, on the West Highland Line.
This island platform station was opened in 1894 by West Highland Railway. After grouping, nationalisation and finally sectorisation the station survived closures and is currently (2009) managed by First ScotRail.
